Phase 1: Application Assessment

Access begins with a purely academic barrier designed to immediately evaluate research capabilities and drafting proficiency.

Timed presentation (5 minutes) of a selected public policy.

The Stress-Test (Q&A)

Incisive Q&A session led by the Executive Board.

The Crisis Simulation

Resolution of an unexpected mini-case study (Express War Room).

Final Deliberation

Closed-door evaluation by the co-presidency.

Admission only becomes final after a one-month probationary period. Our members are subject to a strict dress code (business formal), and commit to the most absolute professional secrecy regarding the work of the War Rooms.
