The Genesis of the Project: From Theory to Action.
The Initial Observation
The Moroccan Center for Strategic Analysis and Public Policy (CMASPP), launched by the AMJS, is based on a simple premise: theoretical education must confront the real complexity of today's Morocco.
The country is undergoing a phase of profound transformation, driven by the New Development Model (NMD). The ongoing reforms—the generalization of social protection, energy transition in the face of water stress—are fundamentally reshaping the role of the State.
However, the youth who will join preparatory classes tomorrow often have only a superficial vision of these issues. The two founders designed this project around a dual ambition: combining concrete academic excellence with structured civic engagement.

Tomorrow's leadership is not built solely on prestigious degrees, but on the ability to understand complex situations and build consensus from them. Our depoliticized laboratory relies on professional contacts and exchanges in the political, industrial, and security spheres to nourish our work.
The Hybrid Model
The robustness and operational capacity of the project rely on a clear separation between the Parent Organization and the operational branch, bypassing the traditional limitations of high school clubs.
AMJS
The external legal entity. It interacts directly with government bodies, bears civil liability through a major legal guarantor, and validates partnership agreements.
CMASPP
The internal pedagogical branch. Hosted within Moroccan institutions (safeguarding the school environment), it focuses solely on analytical excellence and content production.

Intellectual Independence
The AMJS is committed to its neutrality, both ideological and partisan. The foundation of our approach is to decipher and contextualize political dynamics, without ever slipping into proselytism.
The Red Line
Any activist drift, any attempt at propaganda, or any deviation from our analytical method leads to the immediate revocation of the member concerned.
Confidentiality
The handling of strategic data requires absolute secrecy. Members formally commit to respecting the rule of closed-door sessions prior to any official publication.
Intellectual Property
All research work, macroeconomic modeling, and Strategic Memos remain the exclusive property of the AMJS. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
